dajogejr
Kick...Kick...LOL. I hope this product works out....the problem I see is someone coming on here and selling a product from a rider that claims these pistons put him in the front of the class. You know as well as I do that is not the case.... If it was a worn out motor, sure...but any other piston would do the same. I'm still curious about the measurements of their products, their pistons to be particular...
Tedder
Ooo - Ouch.. Geez take it easy on me there Dave...He He I hear what your saying and agree 100%. IMO for pistons alone to make that much performance difference they would have had to replace a set of slugs with totally wiped out rings but possibly his originals were a dimensionally incorrect set and compression or squish was way off. Who knows. It wasn't the OP that claimed the increase though and it's possible that the rider who posted was being 100% truthful in what he experienced. Lord knows I've read lots of things on the internet that I disagree with including stuff on HQ but thats just differing opinions and beliefs and thats what makes the world go round. There are a lot of good guy's here on HQ including posters in this thread. In forums it seems that all to often things are quick to turn negative and instead of discussing something it turns into a big FU fest. Thats one reason a lot of you guy's hear from me in pm's instead of on the boards. I hope the original poster and his team rider don't just blow off this site as a good old boy's club. They're obviously into the same stuff we are and maybe we'd find they're OK people with something to share.... I'll shut up now

Thats a big 10-4 for sure.
NitroTate
Did anyone ever try any of these pistons out? Curious because I'm about to redo the top end of my wife's banshee on a budget and they have these listed on ebay for $108...

I'm still thinking about it but I might try them. I've never run anything but wisecos and never had a problem with them. Yeah it doesn't get ridden quite as hard as mine but my friends and I rip it up once in a while...

dajogejr
And it very well could be that they don't make 68mm pistons with the offset pin. That's fine....but if a sponsor wants to push their product and be legit, I'd think they'd follow up a bit better, that's all... Wiseco pistons are twice the price nearly...if there is an acceptable alternative for a lot less money, hey...cash is king now more than ever in today's economy, etc.

Well I'll think about it and post up what I think about them if I decide to go with them.

Facetious
I was going to get Wisecos, but plan on giving them a try some time soon. Hey, if it blows, it will give me a story to sell to the wifey to justify a redo/upgrade on the whole motor. And if they perform well, I'll be sure to post it here. I was a former entrepreneur myself at one time; its hard to break into a market that is dominated by big names. I'll give him a shot.
