Jaguar
Please see my new reed valve modification at www.turbo1racing.com/reedvalve.html that needs testing and review. I can do this mod for free for two people who are using a different reed valve and have the old stock ones collecting dust. I'd like it to be tested on one Banshee with higher exhaust ports and one with normal porting. Any takers?
mofoka
I'll have a set available in a couple weeks. But I have stock porting. I can wait if someone with a more aggresive bike wants to go first. Just PM me if you want me to send you a set.
MikeNick
Who the hell are you and I find this statement off your website funny.. Nick: "For $85 pistons these really put out a lot of power. I've used Wiseco and Pro-X before and these M&H pistons produce more power than both of them. After installing these pistons I was able to run with people that a year ago I only dreamed of keeping up with. Not only that, I beat them. The Stroked or big-bore banshees that the other riders race couldn't catch mine in any part of the track. Bottom, Mid and Top End improved power across the board." Jaguar
I'm glad you can get humor out of a serious statement made by our racer. But this topic isn't about my web site, it's about this modification I would like to have tested on Banshees.
regalrocket
I have a stock machine, with a fresh top end, and just a set of pipes on it. I also have an extra set of cages. I am auto drag engine builder, aviation mechanic and know a good bit about engines. I would be willing to try this if you still looking for guinea pigs. When you show up here and just start asking people to be your guinea pig it would be nice if you put a little info out here about who you are and what it is that you do. If you are just some hack that has a hair brained idea or if you have a buisness that does quality work? A little info and history about who you are and what you do would be good. My $.02 is that there may be a preformance increase, but your reed petals will not live very long. :geek:

I would have to agree with this statment. After all you have 5 posts and now you have a banner advertisment on here it would be nice to hear some history about your business. I have no problem with you asking for some "guinea pigs" but you need to be more active on this site to have any credability. You have some good prices on some of your items and I do like your nerfs and bars.
NOS_350x
Im Glad you all find humor in my statement. Truth is I could care less, I am extremely happy with the pistons, Ill be honest at first i was very skeptic. But now i will back them %100, I am running them in my dragbike and flattrack bike. Although they may not be the fastest bikes out there they defently run extremely well for what they are. Not to mention you can buy 2 and a half sets of these for the price of one set of wiesco's. EVEN IF (which they dont) wore out faster you could replace them twice as much and still be ahead.

I just can't believe that a piston that's made in Taiwan can be compared to a Wiseco made in the USA.. I know that when you goto replace panels on a wrecked vehicle that the ones from Taiwan DON'T FIT and the OEM's which are usually made in the USA fit perfect. Maybe I am wrong. Maybe M & H pistons are the shizznit...

Could you really feel the power increase after running those M & H pistons?? Just from installing those M & H pistons were you really that much faster?? I think your high and possibly retarded. You should get Billy Mays to sell those pistons for your sponsor or w/e's company Dragonfly Enterprises is. THE END

Maybe M & H pistons are the shizznit... I am not backing these dragon fly pistons by any means, anyone that says their pistons made this much power difference is either on crack or replaced worn out pistons with fresh ones...and yes...in that case, i can see where they made more power than a worn out old set. However... While their pistons might be made in the USA...their cranks when they were in cahoots with Hotrods were made in Taiwan. They still may be...I don't know. I can tell you the majority of crank pieces are made in Taiwan. I'd even go on a limb and say my Crankworks crank is made in taiwan, it's been trouble free for me. Just an FYI... I would like some technical specs on these pistons, such as silicon content, weight, dome rise/angle, etc. Are these a direct replacment for the 513 series, do you offer 795 series or 573 series? If you could give me measurements on a piston that will fit my cub I'd run a set to try... (573 series, 68.00 mm bore), but I'd want to be sure the dome angle was the same, wrist pin location was the same, etc....
