I have the fixed length Heavy Duty +4 axle. And go figure, after owning it for 9 months, it bent. The Eliminator and X-33 axles come with limited warranties, only to the original purchaser. bbcmudtruck Posted January 7, 2009 Report Share Posted January 7, 2009 If he is the original owner, they will measure to see how far out of round it is. If its to much, they will replace it. If its within spec, they will straighten it. They say that it will be as strong as new if they have to straighten it. This is true for the eliminator anyway.
