spurdy
Are you taking material off to the outside of your lines or to the inside? And how did you come up with the lines? They should match the contour of your jugs. SP Edited January 6, 2009 by spurdy
tonyown
I take material off inside the black line I stop at the line... I matched the gasket to my jugs and then wrote the line with my gasket on the base and I did a black line outside

I have also seen where guys rough up the cavity the crank spins in to help with fuel atomization just like you don't want anything smooth in the intake, transfers, or where you do you case matching. bbcmudtruck
Looks good, what did you use to do it? Why would you rough up the area where the crank spins?
