i would suggest some dune/woods porting. itll give you a good bottom end, but youll also be able to pull taller gearing if you want.

pipes: toomey t5

reeds: v force

head: NOSS head, but stock will also work

carbs: stock will be fine

timing: gonna have to stay stock unless you wanna run higher octane fuel

sprockets: depends on terrain, rider weight, mods, tires...

builder: FAST!!!

tank you

I work for Yamaha dealer so I have good deal for part

I'm weight 165lbs and use 20x10-9 tire at the back

I don't know anything in banshee...I love 2 stroke and have old quadracer 250r too!!!

I want smoke the yfz450 and raptor 700r of my customer

just need to run 91 octane pump gas... race fuel is too costly for my need

I don't want spend useless cash...I wanna make right think the first time

my easy choice is...

exhaust: FMF

reed valve: vforce3

cylinder head porting : the best for my dome and pipe???

dome: the smallest for pump gas???

carb: the biggest for carb boots???

jetting : ???

fire timinig: forget it's if I need race fuel

front sprocket: stock

rear sprocket: -1

You can get away with @ +4 on the timing and around 150psi of static compression on 91 octane. I would need to know your elevation to make a recommendation on the dome size to get you there. As far as your pipes ect, what type of riding do you use it for? ie: fast trails, technical trails, dunes, open fields ect. FMF fatties are a decent midrange pipe, the gnarly's are a good low end pipe. If you're wanting more power in the top end you could consider some t-5's or cpi's. Your portwork is all going to depend on the pipe and type of riding.

21cc domes should do nicely. I would probably recommend and aggressive trail type port matched to some Pro-Circuits or FMF Fatties. +4 timing and ported stock reed cages with boyesen dual stage reeds. A pro flo filter setup with a k&n if it gets wet where you ride or dual pods if it's dry. If you want even more power then you could step up to a 4mm stroker and some 22cc stroker domes with all the same mods mentioned earlier. A couple of good insurance type mods would be a billet water pump impellor and a pancake bearing clutch adjuster. And if you're not opposed to splitting the cases I would highly recommend having your crankshaft trued and welded.
