Recommended Posts

i was in the process of tearing down my shee for a makeover when hurricane ike hit and the building the shees were in were destroyed and i lost most of the nuts bolts and gaskets and not to mention alot of the new stuff i had bought from some guys on here and jeff at f.a.s.t. my wifes bike was ok but mine is screwed. found another today for sale. NEED A LITTLE ADVICE. Should i buy this one or wait until i can peice mine back together. the bike i am looking at is a 2003 bought new in 2005 and has maybe 5 trips to glamis, bone stock unmodified and owned by a 44 year old guy that moved to my area shortly after buying the bike. HELP?!

Sure. Why not? If it is bone stock he hasn't screwed anything up yet so that will help.

yeah i agree. mine was stock. and i screwed min eup working on it myself. didnt put it back just right. missed one washer and he said that that was the reason. lol. i bought mine an 02 banshee. bone stock. beautiful. had less then 60 hours on it. needed sparks and gas, greased the chain, the brake fluid. made sure it all ran smooth. got it for 1500. thats right. 1500. what u say baou that.

I agree too, it sounds like you can have a clean bike... depends on the price :ermm:

Mine was 7 or 8 years old when I bought and was completly stock... stock chain and stock sprocket... And I liked to start with a stock bike u can see the evolution ;)
