Bansh-eman
GB Racing or RB Racing I can't remeber the name, sells a relocation braket that moves all that shit to between the tank and radiator. I didnt like how it all fit so i got rid of mine. Loco cut the mount off the back and welded it to the frnt of the bike and then had his frame pc'd. try searching cdi relocation and see if anything comes up, this topic has been covered several times

Snopczynski
Dont relocate it, its a pain in the ass. JUst cut all the stuff out of the stock harness and tape it back up. I have done it on 3 bikes, and I hate doing it, and cant see a benefit to it.

Because thats what the customer wanted, and the customer is always right. Bastard customers! The best part is when the call you on the cell phone over a weekend when they have spark or stator problems. All the wiring is the same as stock, and is all there, but it must be something you did because you shortened it for them. It feels great when I put in a new stator and it has spark again. Seriously, if you redo it, its harder to test the wiring, its harder to get to it if there is a problem, and it takes some serious skill to solder it and heat shrink it all so it looks good. No doubt its harder to troubleshoot, but def looks good, def takes skill, dont start choppin till u do some research

I have done it on 3 bikes, and I hate doing it, and cant see a benefit to it. the benefit is that it looks 100% better. no sense in having wires running from front to back in your bike. just a ? if theres no benifit and u hate doing it, y didnt u stop doing it after the first one.... or do it in the first place.... the only benift im looking for is a clean frame .... he also loves single carb setups, so just consider the source.
