RUDEDAWG
I just recently got a 98 banshee 350 bored to a 450 with a couple more mods the guy that i bought it from said he runs 8qt of oil to a gallon of gas is that right i just dont know i just got the beast and dont want to f it up thanks I dont even think it would run with two gallons of oil to one gallon of gas. Mix your gas 32:1. They make a ratio cup that just about any yamaha dealer carries.

TUCK
i ran it today like the guys who sold it to me said which was 8oz to a gallon of fuel and it ran good and fast just seems like its rich... idk tho Dude that is WAY to much oil. You only need 4oz to a gallon and that will give you a 32:1 mix. You are currently running it 16:1 and I bet you will be oil fouling plugs in the very near future. Don't be afraid to listen to the guys around here they know there shit. TUCK

TUCK when bought my 1st 2 stroke i ran 8oz to 1 gallon and it ran good but i did foul spark plugs. when i changed to 32 to 1= 4oz to 1 gallons it start running wonderful. but also remember the 2 stroke oil make a difference. i used that cheap oil first and it works if you don't have a choice. but when i changed to klotz techniplate it work the beast up. i love klotz but all my friends run castor 927 so i switched. but find you a good 2 strokeoil, mix it 32 to 1 and watch your bike wake up...i promise... jayzx10r
I just recently got a 98 banshee 350 bored to a 450 with a couple more mods the guy that i bought it from said he runs 8oz. of oil to a gallon of gas is that right i just dont know i just got the beast and dont want to f it up thanks Synthetic oil and conventional oil usually mix at different ratios. Typical mixing ratio is 32 to 1. That's 32 parts fuel to 1 part oil. That means 4 ounces of oil per gallon of fuel. Use good 2 stroke oil for premix. Secondly, you can't just bore a banshee to a 450. Impossible. You would have to have 9mm bigger bore to get that displacement. Welcome to the HQ!! Jay from SanD.

RollinRhino
Some on here run 3.2 oz to a gallon but some others run 4 to a gallon. Either way is okay just know that when you richen it up on fuel you sometimes have to rejet it. 8 oz to a gallon and I bet that thing smokes a bit! Keyser Soze
I seriously doubt its been bored to a 450. Ive heard of a 400 kit but never a 450 off bore alone. You can't believe 1/16th of what people tell you when you buy a ATV or dirtbike. They will tell you its a its a 99 run the vin and its a 93. When I got my first one the guy told me it was a 4 mil cub lol. I didnt even know it was stock still I came here. Good luck with it, the search will answer almost all your questions. Bansh-eman
To get a 450 on bore alone your jugs would have to be around a 73mm bore. Even with a 4mil crank that
