vulvafan537240 Posted December 19, 2008 Report Share Posted December 19, 2008 i powered mine from the hot wire going to the headlight switch. the temp sensor splices into the radiator hose, tach wire needs to be taped onto the plug wire (thats right, just tape about 1" of the wire onto it and use electrical tape), use the supplied bracket to mount speedo cable, and use any screw that mounts to the frame for a ground. Bansh-eman Posted December 19, 2008 Report Share Posted December 19, 2008 remember that the tach is not going to be accurate on our bikes, both plugs fire at top and bottom. So your rpm is going to show double what your actually getting out of it. unless they finally started making one thats banshee specific to account for that. You want to monitor the temperature of the water coming out of the engine. You want to monitor the temperature of the water coming out of the engine.
