jbooker82
take the clutch actuator out and see if the end of the rod is mushroomed. You will have to take a dremal and grind the mushroom off or split the cases. josh
cearven1987
i took the actuator out but i cant really tell if the rod is mushroomed but the actuator itself is burnt and has burs all over it and it only has prolly 30 min of ride time on it
jbooker82
I would emagine that the end of the rod is mushroomed. The best way to fix it is to split the cases. Might as well have your crank trued and welded, anda modded shift star while you are in there

BigRed350x
Hit up www.cascadeinnovations.net and order a pancake bearing. Pretty sure M&M ATV (site sponsor) carries them or could get you one as well. - Jared
