Recommended Posts

...sellin the 'Shee and pickin up a street bike...I live in FL so streetbikes are a lot bigger here, and I can use it year round pretty much...

I'd rather have both, but going through college and shit it's not going to happen...

What do you guys think?

Of course most people on her are going to say bad idea because this is a banshee website, but I say it depends on what you really want. If you want to get a street bike and you can see more use out of it I say go for it. I have considered selling mine a few times to buy a sled because I would get more use out of it, but decided not to just because Im just going to put some dough aside here and there so I can have both... of course after my shee build is done though. But good luck bro and just do whatever you think will serve you better

Pick a price... Whatever you think the asking price for your bike should be, or what its worth to you. Then. tack on an extra $500, Total it up.... If you can sell it for that price, DO IT. If not, keep it and stack for a bike.

Everything is for sale for the right price. Remember that!

The thing that I don't like about my quad is how bad it gets beat trail riding... I feel like I buy a part, and it doesn't last as long as I should think. Everytime I ride it, it's wear and tear more so than a street vehicle would see. Whether I ride it for 20 minutes or for 3 hours, I still have to clean it for hours after, just to reveal more scratches and scuffs...Know what I mean?

To be honest the riding scene around here has gone down hill too... trails are getting closed, cops are cracking down saying anywhere you ride is trespassing, everyone is selling their dirt bikes and quads...

I have been riding for as long as I can remember, daily-weekly, and all weekend every weekend... it's what I am good at, and what I love to do, but I feel like I'm in a losing battle here...

I'm going to be going on vacation in two weeks, so I'm just going to ponder this until I get back in early January...

In the end it is all about the same. ATV's and Dirt bikes just hid there battle scars better. Seems like they show up little by little until you have a ragged out atv or dirt bike. Where a street bike goes from bran new looking to raged out the first time you lay it over or wheelie over.
