oldskoolracer
Do you have to have a speacial brand of this if you change out the stock lines? i know i've seen it at my local true value store but i'm unsure if it will be wrong for the setup any suggestions? jbooker82
The local hard ware store more than likley doesnt sell the right stuff. It isnt rated for the temperature. When your banshee warms up the hoses get super soft and flemsy. There is a reason why the real WOCO clear radiator hose kit is 100 bucks. It isn just relabled braded hose like the cheap ebay kits you see.

okbasspro
I run hose form the local hardware store. I have not had any problem with them they do not get soft enough to fold over and kink it only cost about 5 bucks so I was willing to try it I have been running them for a few months now. Wiz
I had a set of those WOCO hoses....cracked and leaked in no time....good service from where I bought them from (not WOCO) they got me another set after calling WOCO and complaining, installed new set...they cracked and leaked.....went back to stock hoses...have been thinking about the hoses at Home Depot (clear braided) I have a friend that runs it and it has worked for him for quite some time. looks good on his blue bike with engine ice in them.... #1banshee
I got the clear hose whats better the clear or the braided one? or it dont make a diff
Wiz
the braided hose is better it will not swell as much as the standard clear, and it is made for hot water, the standard clear is a low pressure no heat hose.
