dajogejr
If that bike runs and is not grenaded inside, that might be the steal of a century... 7 mil cub complete? Fullbores...etc.? The guy probably could've done just a LITTLE better job of describing the bike.
arfountain
I'm tempted to drive down there and pick it up and part the damn thing out, if he would ever reply to his emails.
dajogejr
Yep...was thinking the same thing. That has profit part out written all over it.

docjcwatson
What!? No freakin way! I agree. Too good to be true. If you are serious about buying. Ask for way more pics and make sure you get a detailed description. Fresh build. Bike is worth atleast 6-7k.
flyhighprerunner
I got an email back from him said it ran on 93 pump gas and gave me his phone number to call him, if you look in the picture i dont see a rear shock. I know i dont have my glasses on but still that som bitch is nice!
dajogejr
Couple things you guys have to remember, he's from the south. Money isn't the same there as it is in more populated areas... Plus, it's Christmas time...economy is terrible, he could need money for gifts and/or just lost his job. Sure...the bike is worth 6500 to 8K..but, what can he actually SELL it for. You have to give shit away now a days to sell, which, is exactly what he is doing. I know I couldn't get half the price from mine as compared to what I have in it.... arfountain
i talked to him on the phone, he doesn't know anything about his own quad, doesn't know what was done to the motor, what type of carbs, kind of made me nervous after talking to him. I was damn tempted to hit the buy it now button and drive down there and pick it up, but now I just don't know. The pipes were all welded on, and has some weird looking axle on it. Motor does look nice though. I couldn't believe when he told me he was running pump 93 gas on it. I just don't know, I Would hate to drive 700 miles for nothing. arfountain
plus, he sent me some pics of one quad, and some pics from another, so i don't know which is which, lol
DallasGDub
I wonder how he knows it is a 7mil if he does not even know what kind of carbs are on it.
dajogejr
I would bring a mic or dial caliper to check the stroke. Obviously, it's a cub cylinder, but I'd like to know what I'm paying for....and I'd give him a small deposit and pay the balance upon further inspection of the bike. Since he doesn't know what he has...he doesn't know the value either...keep that in mind. Edited December 5, 2008 by dajogejr
DallasGDub
Since he doesn't know what he has...he doesn't know the value either...keep that in mind. This is true. It could have fell into his hands and he does not give a shit about it, just needs to get rid of it.
