BUILDER
alright i just stripped my carbs right down and cleaned them and sync'd them when i put them back together. i looked at the pilot jets and it had 2.8 written on it. is that a good size? it is still bogging out from an idle and will not start when it is cold and runs fine when its warm(except from an idle. i need to know what size pilot jet to run and should i try a set of 280 jets? I am not sure what a 2.8 pilot jet is i have never seen that on a pilot maybe someone esle can tell you what that is. You should have a 27.5 pilot jet to start out and work from there. Putting a bigger main jet in will not help your starting problem your pilot is were your starting problem is.
