stnditup2
I got a Ipod Phot 60 gb that will not turn on. It just has a wall plug in on it and thats all it does. I-Tunes will not read that is plugged into the computer. I am thinking that it might be the battery that is bad. I have tried resetting it but it still shows the same plug in. If you can help me out and possibly tell me what might be wrong with it... Thanks Josh
KaosBanshee44
did you try holding the middle and top button together for a few seconds to reset it? I have a problem with mine everytime i plug it into itunes it says it can't upload due to a software errror and automatically deleted all my songs. I've been without a ipod for a while now it sucks

downNdirty
I had a 1st gen 60g that would power off, or just freeze up. I ended up sending it to Apple for what they call there quick exchange. And 3 days later I had a refurb 5th gen 80g on my doorstep. I think I was still under warranty. I know I was close maybe even a few days out of it. BUt they didnt charge me for the swap.
