Recommended Posts

Anyone ever run a tusk clutch and need a new push rod and if so what length? Or am i jus not adjusting the clutch right cause i run out of adjustment at the plate. thanks

i cant imagine needing a new rod. is the ball bearing still in there? so you mean you have the clutch screw turned all the way into the nut and still have no clutch? make sure to align the arrows

Ive used tusk plates before and they worked great. Dont last forever, but for the money, they iiiight. That was with all stock rod. p plate, basket ect. If your preasure plate isnt seating all the way, turn it one set of holes right or left with the cable loose. youll need to re adjust it anyways.

Negative ghost rider. You turn it in until it hits, and then back it out 1/4 turn. Those arrows are useless. They're for the idiots at the factory when they build the bikes. Those arrows will never line up again, if your clutch is adjusted correctly.

my arrows are lined up and my clutch is adjusted fine.
