Recommended Posts

That's the absolute best way. You can only buy that from F.A.S.T. And, it's called a carb sync tool.

The brand name of the unit I have is Uni-synch and it can be bought at any shop catering to aircooled VW's. Other places call it a carb flow meter. Lots of VW buggy places on-line sell it.

Cheap knock-off, and doesn't come with the adapter for bigger carbs. You have to buy that seperate. Just get the one from FAST.

So because it's $20 less, it's a cheap knock off? Looks the same to me except for the rubber cone which contacts the carb inlet.

No its a cheap knock off because its not the same brand. Yes they look the same, but that one does NOT come with the larger adapter for BIG carbs and is made by a different manufacturer. Most people buy their ATV parts from us at the same time they purchase the sync tool so as to pay shipping once and get everything at one place. Plus we offer tech help and tips in using the tool. We appreciate those who support the site sponsors and help keep HQ going strong.
