That's the absolute best way. You can only buy that from F.A.S.T. And, it's called a carb sync tool.

polkaudio
The brand name of the unit I have is Uni-synch and it can be bought at any shop catering to aircooled VW's. Other places call it a carb flow meter. Lots of VW buggy places on-line sell it. such as: http://www.mooreparts.com/store/category/14/73/Tools/

2001Stroker
Here, how's this? The one at the VW store doesn't come with an adapter for bigger carbs. So you have to buy that seperatly. $10 more. Not to mention all of the free advice that Jeff gives to people on this site. Support the site sponsors, they're why we have this awsome site to begin with.

No its a cheap knock off because its not the same brand. Yes they look the same, but that one does NOT come with the larger adapter for BIG carbs and is made by a different manufacturer. Most people buy their ATV parts from us at the same time they purchase the sync tool so as to pay shipping once and get everything at one place. Plus we offer tech help and tips in using the tool. We appreciate those who support the site sponsors and help keep HQ going strong.
sinisterboo
Dont worry Jeff, once I get some extra cheese, I will be ordering a sync tool from ya. And by the way, your aggresive dune port works awsome on my bike!
