Chariot Performance
chariot just put these up and I just bought the black one they got black chrome red blue and plain aluminum in colors. I'm not trying to promote them the seller told me they are a new model anyone know what they changed? linky We made the walls to the water jackets thicker and we also left a little more meat under the domes. We did this because we had 5 heads fail, out of hundreds, on our first model of head. The five which failed were all on extreme motors. Still not a bad percentage but we strive for perfection so we made some changes.chrome headblack headred headsuper duty head These heads now are suitable for the most extreme motors. We also have another model head which can be seen in our ebay listings which do not use removeable domes. That head is used on Dan Hull's 240 horsepower turbo supercub with no problems at all. If anyone has a bike compareable to that then they should use that head. Dan is the man to talk to if you believe you need that head. dajogejr
Guys... I have his old school head on my 10 mil cub. Alky bike, hundreds of passes, no issues. I'm thinking of upgrading to his new style head (with removable domes) just because I'm probably gonna spray my motor this year for the piece of mind. Plan on picking up one of his timing plates one of these days...when I get more motivated to tear mine down all the way...LOL. The chrome is top notch, fit is nice....and 0 issues with mine...
