mofoka
Hey guys, I haven't done a compression test, and this is a completely stock cylinder, stock crank, and no porting. I'm at 4000' and climb to 5000'+. Noss gives this reference chart for dome sizing. -----Sea Level 1000' 2000' 3000' 4000' 5000' -----altitude 18cc----197----178---171---170---165---145 -----PSI 19cc----183----167---160---158---152---137 20cc----169----156---149---146---140---129 21cc----156----145---138---134---128---121 stock---130----125---118---112---106---100 I want to hear off the top of your head what size dome you think I would be safe running on pump premium. I'm thinking about either 19's or 20's. But I don't want to have to do too much trial and error. Thanks

bansheejoel
I would run 19cc domes. Im at about 1000ft and am going to be running 20cc domes. You will be fine with 19's
Wildcardracing
19's

jayzx10r
I went with the 20cc because 155 is about the point you mix race/pump fuel. With the 20's you have a significant improvement in compression over stock and no worries over fuel quality variance or elevation changes in contrast to the 19's which are right at the upper range of compression. My $.02.
