'04limited Posted October 20, 2008 Report Posted October 20, 2008 well guys i finaily finished my rebuild while i was rebuilding i had my cylinders ported by kevin @ herr juggs racing, my setup is an aggressive dune port stock stroke, WITH T6 PIPES,ported stock reed cages with stock reeds, a chariot performance head with 20cc domes compression is 142 @ 800 ft and +4 timing. this is a totally different bike the thing flat out rips, the port job is amazing all my friends who have ridden the bike are amazed and are all ready to ship their cylinders out. i know it has been said numerous times before but kevin is an outstanding guy he has great customer service and his work is amazing. just would like to thank all you guys here on hq that helped out when i had questions, i also would like to thank kevin for all his help during my rebuild.
