rigger
I may be starting my own business, something in brakes. If I were to make good stainless steel braided brake lines, would you buy them and what would you expect? Price? Any thoughts would be great. locogato11283
i would expect top quality for a reasonable price. only problem i see man is that youre fairly new on the site and dont have much of a reputation here. that goes a long way when trying to sell things. I really like ASR's front set. They dont have a T in the lines. The kit is only two seperate lines that both run up to the master cylinder with a dual banjo bolt or whatever its called. I like the way they look and they seem cheaper, they well for like 60 bucks I think.
rigger
No, I have not posted much on this site. I only owned a Banshee for a short while. All thoughts on the subject would still be great.
nfk
I am planning to do a rebuild this winter and I will be looking for some new brake lines to go with the +2+1 arms I put on. If they were a good price, looked good I would give them a try.

bbcmudtruck
I'll try a set for ya. How bout you sponsor me with a set front and back! Seriously I'm in the market for some right now, if you have a set a ready to go I'll give them a try, and report back to the HQ. I have +2+1 arms and stock length swinger. Can you get different colors? It would be tits if you could get a blue set made. Ryan
LiftdT4R
If I didnt allready have them, and the price was decent, Id try 'em. Maybe its just me, but I dont see there being a huge demand for SS brake lines, and Im not sure you could undercut other company's prices by enough of a difference to make it worth your while. Just my .

rigger
I am not ready to start making lines yet. If I were, I would be glad to hook you guys up. If and when I do this, my first orders will be discounted a good bit. In return I would expect feedback, good or bad, on them and hopefully a good word to your buddies about them. Right now I am in the homework stages of this. I have a really good lead on a getting lines made and I really want to get the equipment to make them myself so I am sure that you would be getting what you want. Special orders would not be a problem at all. I am also trying to find a source for colored lines but have had no luck on that one. Stainless steel fittings looks like a good possibility that I may make standard on the lines. What I am looking at doing as a whole is building a web site that is related to off-road brake needs. Lines, pads, fluids and so on. Try to carry what you would need for brakes in the off-road industry. Please keep up with your thoughts and tips. I want to hear from you to help me make the right choices about what to do and what to make. Thanks again. I really like the input. Good or not good. 2001Stroker
Yea, what happened to your business? Did you get it going? You would definately have to have them covered with some kind of clear or colored coating. Helps keep the frays away. And, helps them stay looking shiny.
