dajogejr
Your your both right im trying to ruin someones hussle....Use your head he made a profile JUST to advertise his ebay listing....Ok annoying as fuck but understandable. He has no rep on this site...You would think he has some good feedback on ebay right? Nope feedback rating of 2. So bascially he is trying to unload some questionable looking cubs for 600 bucks yea would be an ok deal....they come with pistons....Looks like they may need bored. I dont know the guy could be totally legit. But no feedback, no credit on this site, your looking at $200 below brand new, but your taking some big risks. Id hate to see someone get ripped off. Everyone LOOOOOVES to talk shit after someone has been ripped off. Im just trying to be proactive. On a side note they didnt even get a bid on ebay. So much for a awesome deal. Shows how much you know.... You don't bore nikasil cubs. You get them stripped, then recoated. And yes, you're running your mouth for something you don't know shit about. Just because they're a good deal doesn't mean: a. money and times are tight... b. the right buyer didn't see them c. A combo of a and b and timing.... Get over yourself...don't buy them. So glad you stepped up to be the HQ and Ebay police....nice job.

2steveo
A bump for taking a beating, I follow this site daily and buy parts from sellers here, the same goes for ebay, but rarely post so i dont have a good rating, doesnt mean im out to rip anyone off. If your not intrested in the sale, move on

They will need plated OPPS my bad. Just $200+ per cylinder 600+400=1,000 plus shipping + turn around time 1,000 bucks at least and thats conservative. WHAT A AWESOME DEAL! You can have a new cub at your door for less than 900. I may not be a banshee expert but I know basic math. Whos running their mouth about shit they dont know shit about now? Something is only worth what someone will pay for it...Bottom line. They are on Ebay for the SECOND time, still no bids. Only supports my theory they are overpriced. Anyone with 1/16th of a brain would agree when your selling something, noones buying, your asking to much.
dajogejr
They will need plated OPPS my bad. Just $200+ per cylinder 200 per cylinder huh? Yeah, they see you coming don't they....try again. So, in all your expertise, and that fuzzy picture....and they've been run for 5 hours...you can tell they need to be plated huh? I rest my case.... And....they sold for 601....check the link again Einstein. Someone got a good deal...so even if he has to spend the 250 for BOTH cylinders to get it plated....he got pistons for free basically. Yeah....you're not an idiot.... Move along troll. Edited September 21, 2008 by dajogejr

Keyser Soze
Why put my .02 in? No reason really. It's not my website, but I dont think you should be able to make a profile just to advertis. I simply stated you could buy new ones for $200.00 more which is true. He also said it was a very very good deal. Thats just flat out not true. I apoligize for calling someone out bullshit. Anyway you slice the pie I don't see how it could have been a very very good deal. Plating has to be at least $350. Maybe im wrong like I said im no expert. But I couldnt imagine it being any cheaper. You still think im full of shit, idiot, dickhead, prick, ect. Check out this thread http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...9080&hl=cub F.A.S.T. ported, Cascade polished. $550 to your door. Cascade will want at least half that for the polish. As said..........600.00 for cylinders and pistons is an awesome deal.....................................You have no idea what you are talking about dude, really!!!! It costs $1050 for cylinders and pistons new. So for 600, even if it needs plated ($250), the setup costs him $850,THAT IS A VERY GOOD DEAL!!!!!!!! Stop mucking up people threads!!! You have no idea what the stuff is or what it costs, so why are you here???? As stated, how would you feel if somebody did this to your thread??? I assure you that you will find out if you make it a pattern of messing with others for sale threads!!!!!

Once again...you really don't have a clue. 195 for Cascade to polish cub cylinders. No...not at least, less than half that. You can ship them both ways for 25 bucks. Those cylinders...by bigboy's own words, needing plating, (which...again, by the way...is ta da... 250 bucks.) AND HE'S NOT INCLUDING BRAND NEW PISTONS. So once again....STFU, you really don't have a F'in Clue....period. Here's the Ebay sale where the guy sold them, NOT relisted. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CUB-CYLINDE...emZ200254700640 And here's Cascade's pricing on Polishing a cub. http://67.199.65.66/cascade_innovations/ne...ORE_DEPT_ID=347 And bigboy had his for sale a month ago...and they're are sold. What's your next great investment advice??? .50 for a .25 pack of gum?? All your prices are "it has to be at least"...which, tells us all you don't have a clue. I've given you the actual costs.... dajogejr
First off...let's see... You could call Millenium. Since they're the company that actually plates the cylinders from CP industries (who...happens to make them) And...since I know what it costs to get this done there... it's 250.... So...good job on the research. And....since you were so dead on with those other cylinders and Cascade's polishing prices, you're really shinning here, aren't ya... Look, just because you can spell and type Google, and you can even spell a few words to type into it's search...does not mean you have a clue when it comes to pricing in this shit. And that's painfully and 100% obvious. So now that this guy sold his cylinders...do you need me to keep proving you wrong, or do you think you've done a good enough job?
Keyser Soze
I think ive done a fantastic job of proving you wrong. The whole issue here is wheter it was a VERY VERY good deal, I also stated it was risky deal.I just noted the guy had 1 post. 1 feedback score on ebay. I didnt think it was a good deal, and its risky dealing with someone like that. I dont know how you or anyone can deny that there is greater risk involved dealing with someone whom noone has delt with before, and has a feedback score of 1. I just cant see it. You cant definitivey say yeap thats a good deal, meets the standards in the book of good deals, or you cant definitley say its a bad deal. Its a matter of opinion. Based on what I have seen in the for sale forms, and also ebay, there have been far better deals, his price acutally seemed above average for the condition of the cub. It would be differnt if the guy had more than one post, more than 1 feedback on ebay. But that in combination with the price caused me to want to flame his threard. If the guy had some sort of reputation on Ebay or this site I wouldnt have said shit, even if it was 1300. Ive got took before for a few bucks similar situation, another form. Id hate to see someone on here get took for 600.
dajogejr
The only thing you've proven is you don't know what you're talking about, don't know pricing for anything, and that you're willing to type just for the sake of typing. Has anyone else here agreed with you? No. Have any of the prices "That you're sure are double what they really are" been accurate? No. Dozens of companies can do Nikasil....but you're slick hand at Google found one. Good research? No. Please tell me how you proved me wrong. Please tell me how saving a couple hundred bucks at worst, 400 to 500 at best is not a good deal... Better yet...please don't. You've got 189 whole posts here....and by the time you're done with this, probably 200. Does that mean people are gonna buy shit off you? Bet your ass not...
