jharader
Gotta issue with the cpi's, my left header and silencer do not slip into eachother, rather stops about an inch short? is this normal on these pipes?? Just got back from sandfest, had a blast.. but every 10 minutes i was f'n with my exhaust clamp, the pipe is installed correctly lol almost seems like the previous owner cut it back some or something its not close at all making for a headache to seal with clamps other then factory rubber, also its a little offset, thus ripping the factory styl clamps.. should i order up some cascades? dont wanna spend the money if somebodies ran into this and solved it some other way, i dont think a cascade clamps going to be wide enough i have a set on the shearers n there rather narrow ill try to get a pic
jbooker82
They should slip in to each other. Mine do. I run the RIS pipe clamps. For the front hangers I run the TM Designworks. I do have to put spacers between the frame and the front hangers.
dajogejr
J...those clamps and setup is sexy for sure...very nice. Check both pipes to see how far it goes into the stinger tube....they only need to go in an inch or so.

Mine dont slip to gether very far compaired to my toomey and fmf pipes that I have had. Maybe 3/4 to 1 inch. Compaird to my toomey's and fmf's sliping together 1.5 inches or so. The nice thing about the front hangers is they swivel around. There is a rubber isolater bushing inbetween the hanger halfs as well. josh
