A-arm bolt

How old are they?? Sounds like your ball joint is worn out. If its aftermarket a-arms you can buy another ball joint, if its stockers youll either have to buy one with a good ball joint, or try to make this one last a little longer. Heres what Ive done to rig it up:

If you can get a small clamp in there and press the ball joint against the spindle it should provide enough friction to keep it from spinning, and you should be able to tighten it up. If you can't even do that then you will really need to think about replacing the ball joint.

You can also try getting it started, and once you get a little bit of thread past the nut, hold it with a vice grip to keep it from spinning. This is not the best bet, and your kinda pushing it at this point though.
