TeamRealtreeHD
Those are new PWK's.Just got them.Pulled the stockers off.And now putting these on but want everything right.Found out about the full throttle thing and went hhhmmmmmm. Oh Ok. I was a little confused. Yes, this will make life alot easier with those slides. I really don't know why Keihin/Sudco put those shitty tops on there. It is kind of like banshees with their stock Head Pipes. SO RESTRICTIVE!!! You can ride it, no doubt, with those brass ones. But obviously it won't open that extra 1/8th of the way. And like I said before... don't forget to look into the easy carb springs he sells as well. The thumb will feel like a single carbed bike throttle with the new ones. When you get those new adjusters, just sit and play with both carbs. I know you put time on the wrench before so you are patient enough to do it. Just make sure both open up all the way. Not hard at all. You obviously don't want one opening up furthur and/or lower than the other. Once they are good, you are ready to rock! I didn't realize I still had some SOS soap pad soap the blue stuff) on the bottoms of the carbs. I gotta go get that off there tomorrow. It is tough getting them clean, but brillo/sos pads makes cleaning the carbs or anything really dirty/greasy on the bike a synch. I forgot to get the hose under the carbs most likely after cleaning it the other day. Edited August 29, 2008 by TeamRealtreeHD

TeamRealtreeHD
They are great carbs for sure. You shouldn't have a single problem. Good luck
