Face
Ok so I have been playing with the idea of getting some reeds for the shee. I want to know exactly what they do. what ones are the best for my machine and if its even worth it to do. Mods are in the signature but I will be adding a Wildcard Racing Noss head soon. Any info would be great. Thanks guys
Snopczynski
What type of riding do you do? How do you want your power delivery to be?

Snopczynski
If its for the dunes witht hose pipes then vforce 3's. If you ride trails I would get a more midrange pipe and run some carbon tech mid tensions on stock cages.
LiftdT4R
You probably wont notice a huge difference with the reeds. But for dunes the VF3s will be a little better. You might notice a small amount of extra power, really it just makes the bike a little more peppy, it will accelerate a little easier, rev a little quicker up top. For trails, I would reccomend the Boyesen Rad valves, I've had them on all my dirt bikes, and just recently put a set on my Banshee. It seems like th ebike will rev a little quicker earlier on. But, like I said before, the difference is really minimal. Unless your all modded out there are better ways to spend the $200. I see you don't have the timing advance, for the $40 that costs youll notice a bigger difference then reeds. 200 pesos will also buy a good set of trail tires on aluminum rims too. I do have the timing advanced to +4. I guess I need to update my sig.
05.Banshee.SE
VForce 3 w/ cage. Or port the stock and get replacement petals. (Much cheaper.)
Wildcardracing
Face, If and when you ever get around to the build, porting your stock reed cages is part of the quote I gave you. With some carbon reeds and the cage mod, they will be very comparable to the VF's

Of course I dont expect that quote to still be good then but I am looking at doing it!
