What’s up guys I’m building a 4mil stroker motor. I gave my motor to a guy who knew a guy that would port my Athena cylinders for a 115 stroker crank and blaster pistons I believe 68 bore. so it took about 2 months to get everything back. I gave him the whole motor so he could do the numbers and give me info on what domes to get so I can run pump gas and what base gasket to get. well through the middle man I was told to get a .030 gasket but no info what domes to get. I don’t understand why he couldn’t provide that information. I texted a couple of times and was told he would get that for me when talks to the guy. I just hate to feel like I’m being played. I’m just glade to have my motor back. if any of you with experience on a 4mil stroker build any help would be appreciated.

Driveline is offering the machining of stock oem heads to accept domes and o-rings for $125 no core exchange and $100 with a good useable core. The oem head must not be decked more than .020'' or so. At .030'' decked its not useable. The heads will come with copper washers, acorn nuts and o-rings. Domes are also available at $55 a set, stroker domes are extra per the specs desired. Turn your old roached stocker into this. Domes will need to have the o-ring.(fyi some other brands of domes do not have these)

Hey guys, I've been wondering how exactly how domes for Coolhead or any head that use changeable domes work. Such as like what cc number domes do what, what octane should be ran with what domes and how to even add octane to pump gas from a station??? Ik I'm frecking noob but hey everyone start somewhere right? If possible detailed answers and examples please, thanks to all!

I still have to finish polish the exhaust tunnels and will do so before selling. Its drag ported and made 104/58 on methanol and 97hp on pump gas. Chariot head is in good condition and will come with new custom domes cut to the buyers liking for pump gas or methanol. A set of new Driveline pistons will be included and corresponding base gasket. Hardware also included new o-rings, acorn buts with copper washers, cylinder studs, and 4x water jacket plugs. $1150 +shipping Now the pistons, domes and base gasket pictured are just for the photos, They are not what you will be buying. New in box pistons, new domes and new base gasket is what Im selling with this.

Hey, I just bought a serval top end kit and it comes with 23cc domes. I was wondering if this would be pump gas for me? I live at 150ft above sea level. I have 94 octane at my local gas station. The temp around here is 10-25 Celsius. I also need jetting help. My mods are 421 Serval 23cc domes 35mm Pwk's Cpi small bore inframes Vforce 4 Reeds Pods What jets should I get also what needle should I be at? Thanks

Hey guys looking for the parts above, if the cylinders are ported I need to know by who, also dont want cylinders that are very close to their last bore. Stroker pistons need to be brand new or close to new. Domes need to be pump gas. If cylinders are ported looking for trail, play, dune port,mx port something in that area. not looking for anything like drag ports. Again, does not need to ported.

I've got a stock banshee with K & N pods and CPI pipes. (my son's) It doesn't have much low end response and I'm looking to do a simple upgrade to get the most out of it. Was thinking this: cool head 20 or 21 cc domes (not sure which) riding at 1,300 feet V Force reeds (3 or ?) What am I missing or what should I consider? I have a similar set up with T5's and it runs strong and has for8 years with no engine work needed. I ride it pretty hard so I have been impressed. Thoughts?

I was just wondering the octane needed for the dome sizes from 17cc up to 22cc from Pro Design Domes. I have 20cc now and sometimes mix race gas 50/50. But I want to be able to use just pump gas 93 in a pinch. Banshee is 2002 with Cool Heads, 0.30 over with Weisco Pistons, Tors Eliminator Kit, K&N Air filters fight off carbs, +4 timing, rebuilt carbs, 300 main jet with 30 pilot.... Also with these minor mods I want to beef up the power alittle more.. Besides porting and welding and balancing crank what else are somewhat inexpensive ways to gain hp. Any info will help..

decided to put together a banshee and auction if off for tornado victims in Moore. My house is roughly 50 yards from homes that are totally lost. Ok, I'm new here and I know I could probably find this out myself if I looked here long enough. I bought an 03 last year with the pistons shot. I honed it out and got all the metal out I found without splitting the cases, put some 65.5 vertex pistons in it and ran it for about 20 hours and it went quick again. Since then I got in a bad work accident, been on a bunch of meds, and had my computer stolen that had all the mods saved on it. Here's what I can remember he said was done to the motor: Vito's long rod (115 mm) 4 mm stroker crank .060 cylinder bore (65.5 mm pistons) Pro circuit pipes (don't know exact model) KEIHIN carbs (jetting unknown now) Cool-head with 22 cc domes (I think) I have since found out that the cylinders are ACTUALLY 80 over, so 66.00 mm. (My fault for not finding this stuff out for sure myself)... Also found out I need Wiseco 795's for the long rods. That kit just came in along with an upper and lower end gasket kit. I have the motor completely apart and split this time so I can get any and ALL shavings out. I pretty much have everything under control except for these questions: -Will the dome I've pictured, and haven't cleaned yet, work fine if I buff it out some? -If not, what domes should I run at about 600 ft elevation, 95-104 0ctane? -What jetting should I start with in the carbs? **Keep in mind that I am trying to get a hold of some banshee port templates to do some minimal porting myself just out of curiosity.. I have a few extra cylinders on hand, and have time to wait for some of my injuries to heal. Thanks Banshee peeps -

So heres my problem. I have a project banshee and the parts have come from all over. After I got the whole thing put together, I filled the radiator for the first time so that i could start it up, and then noticed that the antifreeze was dripping from my coolhead. My first thought was that I had a bad seal, but after inspecting the gasket it apeared fine. I then went to my jug, to see if anything was wrong with it and it looks like the previous owner droped it on a bolt or somthing circular because where the gasket seals to the jug there is a dent. The engine is a 421 cheetah so i would like to try and save the jug. So my question is, can i mill the top of the jugs to take the dent out? If so how far? I am running 19cc domes with it and thought that maybe I could change them out to compensate for the milling? Please help!

I have a set of 4mil ported stock cylinders drag ported for Alky.. Port work done by TZracing on here he is a stand up guy and does awesome work, im sure there are several on here that will vouch for him and his work! Cylinders are fresh at 64.5 bore comes with pistons, domes and of course cylinders. 18cc domes cut for the 4mil 200psi, set up for .015 base gasket. Bore is in great shape as well as the domes and pistons. This set up ripps just ask him as they came off of his personal drag bike. looking to get $450 shipped for everything.
