  1. Now i will know what to get and how to test the shee. When the engine drops in psi under the vacuum test. How do you apply air pressure and be sure of a tight seal? Thanks for the pic mrmatt!
  2. Great! Time to do some shopping.I'd like to ride before the snow flies.................again.
  3. I still use alot of their riffs and some solos as warmups on my guitar.Brilliant in the past but now soft and sober. Their "I'll sue you're ass, kid" mentality has to go.Their guitars have lost that low CHUG-CHUG-CHUG hard hitting E.Before they played every note as if it was their last. Listening to a little "master of puppets" never hurt on the way to the sand pit.
  4. I have become quite a clymers bookworm since I have had a wierd problem with the shee.I noticed theres a 2-stroke leakdown tester pictured in the manual. This,I would like to own to help with finding my problem. I noticed that I do have a slight antifreeze leak around the base gasket of the right cylinder. This may cause a troublesome air leak.Maybe retightening the nuts may solve it but i want to be sure.
  5. Yup! Got the choke tube on and I'm just wondering if ricky stator sent me a bad stator. The -0- on the timing plate is where the cases meet which is where it should be.I'm also curious if I have an airleak somewhere. This is driving me nutz! Luckily,I don't give up easy.
  6. Don't give up whatever you do.I have been trying to get mine right for a while and spend 1-2 hours a day troubleshooting with still no resolve.Stick with it and you'll eventually find the problem.Ledofthezep told me not to give up and keep trying and I have been very determined and persistant.Yeah, you'll want to throw a tool or two across the garage, cuss, take a time out if it makes you feel better.I have started to make a list and circling what i have done to find the problem.Doing so may help you out. Stick with it,you'll get it!!!!!!!!
  7. Imagine trying to jump with that heavy winch on the front? You'd give you're shee one hell-of-a nosejob. I think the electrical portion would be a pain. If you want to do it as a project for yourself,go for it.
  8. Yeah,I'm not big on all that tubing that runs from the tranny. Is there a way to eliminate or move it? It's disturbing the view of a chrome-like Noss head.
  9. A different clymers, aye? I think might need that. My girlfriend's bellybutton is killin' her!
  10. It's impressive that you're 17 and helping out old folk like me on banshee tech issues.Happy birthday,Now go get yourself a nookie cookie with a lit candle in it!
  11. I own a commercial trout hatchery.I raise brook, brown, rainbow, golden and tiger trout. They are sold to rod & gun clubs private pond owners and for kids fishing derbys.I raise them up to 24inch and raised over 140,000 this year. This is my busy season and when i have time i help my friend with 30,000 bale of hay to put in his barns. Not a bad lifestyle,eh?
  12. I'm not too anxious to run it yet until I can get things going with warmup and idle. I gave it another shot yesterday and the symptoms persist. It just seems like it's not getting enough fuel when to choke gets pushed in. The damn thing starts first kick everytime but something is still botched.
  13. I do need to say that A.A saved my ass from a destructive lifestlyle. I came so close to screwing my life up royaly.I go regularly to meetings have a sponsor. I coludn't be any happier with who i am and how much i have built myself a better life.
  14. I remember answering a question on repairing a maytag dryer for cryin out loud! That'a good quality post where a member needed help.Very far from childish. I'd still like to see Chase and Josh race, though.
  15. Sheeeet.I'm a banshee wiring expert professional now! I memorized every wire on the thing. This is great so if any riding buds need a hand in electrical i know my shit. It's been awhile but I was a generator repairer and a welder in the Connecticut Army national Guard for 6 years and I have solved alot harder wiring issues than what the shee offers. Can warrior wiring be a pain,kg8?My friend has one.
  16. It would have to be the new yammy,of course.Maybe build my own crazy quad.
  17. I wish you all lived down the street so you could see for yourself! I cleaned the choke and found a bunch of sand and crapola around the o-ring.I know that o-ring needs to keep a seal.Would air bypassing the choke cause this? When i push that choke in the shee normally goes to clear in a minute and it's not happening.Maybe a reed petal moved on me?!
  18. NAPA has a good one. It's the screw in type. No Auto Parts Available
  19. Getting ripped sucks.I take alot of precautions to make sure I don't.Which is why I have only 8 transactions on E-bay. 100% positive feedback!!Woohoo! Getting ripped on the BHQ should NEVER happen.
  20. This is at warm up.I'm afraid to do a plug chop at the moment with the left cutting out after i push the choke in.The ol'girl just got a new top end.Maybe just a good carb and choke cleaning is the answer.
  21. shows potential. I tried to register but they have not sent me a password through E-mail yet.
  22. Getting my problems solved one at a time . The shee starts good.Compression good.exhaust good.Does not foul plugs. When the choke is half out it smoke a bit and plugs fire great. When the choke is in the left cuts out and then the right starts acting up.When out it runs like it should just smoky. My jetting: 300 mains,27.5 pilots air screws out 1-3/4 turns mods:V-force,21 domes,pro-circuits,+4 timing,Banchetta"s cut airbox idea.
  23. Problem solved in 45minutes I just took the time to go over the whole thing.I pulled all the TORS wiring and wiring for the lights.I gave it the simplest wiring it could handle and it did the trick.Panic over.
  24. Allright.. 1- " I believe in a god that dosent need heavy financing" 2- " Did we give up when the Germans bomb Pearl harbor!!!"
