One other thing I learned from this thread.. ATVmaniac and sheedawg must be related, but trying to figure out which one does more drugs is near impossible.

I've been trying to tell these guys it's not the brakes.. It's all in the setup..(tires, suspension, etc..) I'm guessing that they went to great lengths to install 450 parts and don't want to admit there's no difference. I run SMOOTHIES on my drag bike in the sand/dirt and it stops on a dime from 80+MPH. It's unfortunate that a lot of guys think they know everything. They could be improving their setups but are just too proud to admit they don't know what they're doing.

You need a set of cut CST Ambush. They will hook up in the hard pack. They aren't that hard to cut.

MX/TT, same thing.. Circle track, same thing. Basically, there's drag racing and then everything else.

Bro, I line up against 15+ drag bikes. All you have to do is be out front and you win! Real drag racing? Let's see your pics or videos. I have a feeling you don't have anything to show, but maybe you can prove me wrong.

Silly wannabe. Front brakes work so well in fact that you can take the rears off! Got any pics or videos of your "MX" riding? I always like to see Banshees airing it out.

Your unicorn Banshee MX thingy wouldn't stand a chance against my stock YFZ, so I wouldn't say too much. I'm taking it to the HQ ride in both May and September if you want me to give you a few pointers.

Exactly. The OEM Banshee brakes are powerful, and work plenty well enough to take a drag bike (much more HP and much faster than any MX bike) from 80MPH to 0 in no time. The problem here is likely inexperienced riders or brakes not properly setup.

You guys all have one thing in common. You're all wannabe MX riders. If you were REAL MX riders you'd be on a 450. Fact.
