  1. I took the brakes off and put on TRX brakes. Far superior.
  2. Everyone ASSumes I only ride in a straight line. Fact is, I'd ride circles around any of these guys. Just because I don't post videos of my 450 doesn't mean I only ride in a straight line.
  3. I'm not trolling at all. I'm being serious. Banshee brakes are just as good as YFZ brakes. And none of these guys ride the way they say they do. Those are facts.
  4. Of course they work. NONE of these guys are what they claim to be. As far as I can tell I'm the only one posting in this thread that actually rides.
  5. So, two people with no difference noticed. I win. Twice.
  6. Looking good. HQ ride is right around the corner.
  7. Haha, I will not even respond directly to anymore posts from these goofballs. This has been happening for YEARS. Novice riders come to the site and I school them. Then they proceed to make up stuff because they are SURE they're right. But everyone can see that my posts are correct and filled with nothing by exact and relevant information.
  8. Well, I predicted this didn't I? First it was the calipers.. Then it was the master.. Well, it's been confirmed he has all new EVERTHING.. And yes, no difference.. So NOW, it's the way he rides. Hahaha. You should have stopped four pages ago, because now everyone just watched the "drag racer" school the "MX rider" on brake setup. Like I stated before, if anyone wants help with any issues, just shoot me a PM. That way you don't have to sift through all the novice rider nonsense.
  9. Haha. Reaching. Now that we have a confirmed ride report with no difference felt, it MUST be the master. What's next, it needs a new lever? LOL.
  10. Exactly. Thinking there's some night and day difference is laughable. Most of these guys are too proud to admit they wasted the money and could've just services the OEM brakes.
  11. No, but you did get to see me clown all these guys on proper brake setup. That's useful information at least.
  12. You can get brake lines in just about any length. The ones on our drag bikes aren't a whole lot longer than OEM. +6 on a stock length front end would be way too long. My brake setup is all new internals, Tusk brake pads, JDS rotors and Streamline dual lines. It will lock the brakes up immediately upon pulling the lever.
  13. Well, I think my work is done here. I easily proved sheedork and ATV to be related in some way, bringing useless opinions to the thread. All the while, I stated my case and provided meaningful, pertinent information in a to the point manner. If anyone wants serious help setting up their MX suspension or braking, feel free to PM me.
  14. Another fun fact... Long posts are meant to confuse and misrepresent the facts. They are typical from people who have no factual info or experience. Hence my short, straight to the point posts.
  15. Anyway, back to my point. ANY brake that's locked up is relying on the same thing to stop the bike, the tires, the front shocks and the weight of the bike. If you own Banshee brakes and they won't lock up the wheels/tires they need rebuilt, bled or new brake lines. These are facts, not opinion. There are a couple that disagree, mainly because of inexperience or the know how to rebuild or set up brakes. The competent people are reading this realizing what I'm saying is 100% accurate, and they'll be in the shop tomorrow checking their calipers for worn pads, stuck pistons or ill bled brake lines.
  16. I sent you a PM. Check yo shit. I've probably cut 30 sets of tires in the last 15 years.
  17. Nah, we went to TRH and I had grilled salmon. And a couple MM and Cokes. And broccoli. Heat.
  18. You can't even make a post without creating a ridiculous double standard. Gato stays winning. Now and forever.
  19. I'd get the set with more adjustments. You will be able to dial them in more to suit your riding style.
  20. Good review. Fox builds good shocks. Those will likely work out well. Do they have compression and rebound adjustments?
  21. Yes, they should. Banshee brakes should do the same thing. BUT, locking the brakes up means dick if the tires aren't grabbing something.
