Everyone gets feedback, even LED.
The DM pipes that we run now weren't always as good as they are. Lots of R&D from Redline and PPS got them to where they are.
And it took guys like me wiling to spend the money to get them built.
My inframes were the first ones built. My out-frames were second or third set out.
That's for DM pipes. He already had DM pipe specs from the out-frames before building the in-frames.
These pipes are the first of their kind, in-frame or out.
You've never really had a bike running either..
So, moving forward, any lockup that is functioning properly and getting power to the ground WILL make it harder to shift under power, especially with good traction.
As opposed to no lockup? Yes.
If a lockup is doing its job, HP shouldn't matter that much.
It will still be hard to shift without an override or at least a pro-mod.
What? ANY lockup is going to make it harder to shift, unless you have an override.
A pro-mod will help, but even then you may still have some trouble under full acceleration and full load.
