Some of the things you're debating about won't be an option Claude. Cam has certain things he will use/not use for a build like this. He will recommend 39 or 41PWK. The 35s won't be enough. He will be fine with LEDs. He will use Crankworks for the crank. Pretty much everything else you listed will be fine.

Nope. The axle is 34" wide. I prefer the back to be more narrow than the front but you can always flip your rims to gain a couple extra inches per side, providing they have an offset.

JJA play axle. I ran them on my hillclimb bikes for years and bombed them off some big ass jumps. It will be more than adequate for your bike. Best part is you drop about 10 pounds of rotating mass with the aluminum assembly over a steel one.

If you want the builder with the most LED knowledge and testing, you will need to use Redline. This is really a no brainer. Not one other builder has put the combo together.

That's a very tight budget. I would run a 10mm SuperCub from Redline, but that's going to cost you into the $6k range I'm sure. $3,000 on chassis could be doable, if you get a package deal on shocks. I'd run a +8 swingarm and +1 forward a-arms. If you want to be competitive or beat all your competition, you may have to open your monies a little more. Trust me..Been there, done that a lot of times.

It's too bad the AMA and local districts killed the ATV hillclimb scene. I was big into it from 2004-2014.

I hate stopping before down shifting. It takes longer to get back to the line.
