  1. The eccentric screw shouldn’t have anything to do with this. It doesn’t have any connection to the clutch at all. If it makes the noise with clutch out but not when in, it’s clutch/basket related.
  2. Grinding or chattering? Clutch chatter is normal and will go away when you pull the clutch in.
  3. Tried to tell him. [emoji1743]‍[emoji3603]
  4. Yea, big hammer and wood block or a non-marring hammer and beat them off. Then buy an anodized axle.
  5. Both. The drag axle is drilled. That’s the only difference. They’re very close to the same weight.
  6. Yep.. Way lighter. The pay axles are very durable. I have one on my 06SE bike.
  7. Bent three play axles when I was still hillclimbing. All three replaced under warranty.
  8. Yea, wait until you fuck that thing up.. No warranty either. Bad choice. JJ&A has a warranty.. You break any part of that axle and they replace it. Oh well.
  9. Pull apart. See what’s broken. Figure a budget. Then let us know. We can help you get the most for your money.
  10. Unless you go with a bore bigger than 68mm, the 4mm stuff will bolt right up. It may not run optimally, but it’ll run.
  11. Just remember, BP sells the parts, but many of the motors need machine work.
  12. I bet it's real.. He's probably from the street racing scene.
  13. I have bought several of these.. They work great. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Black-Thumb-Throttle-Assembly-7-8-Yamaha-Banshee-Blaster-3GG-26250-00-00/151415594141?fits=Make%3AYamaha&epid=1237128357&hash=item2341129c9d%3Ag%3A4ZUAAOSwY4pZaSDj&LH_BIN=1&LH_ItemCondition=1000
  14. JFC. You might get parts for a 521 motor build for $3700, but not a turn key deal. A 521 isn't something you can just slap together anyway.
  15. I get all my axles from Brian Eoff (builder here on BHQ) at West Coast ATV. You don't need the 4 bolt hub. You're better off buying the axle and carrier together. The price difference is likely from bare to anodizing.
  16. Yes. Once you put it in the shaft it can’t go anywhere.
  17. If you added a flux capacitor into the head, could you reverse flow depending on riding conditions?
