Do you have the big washer between the clutch basket and inner hub?
It's better for the spacer to be a little loose as opposed to too tight.
You can either file the inside of the new basket brass or you can swap the entire kicker assembly completely.
All of the PWK carbs will jet similarly.
For that elevation and temp, I would start with 165 main and 50 pilot.. Then work from there.
I've had everything from 33 to 41 PWK and they all jet similarly on a wide range of motors.

I've broken both billet and forged cranks. If I was building a 10mm motor, I'd use forged.
If you're building in OEM cases, both will break the cases if it lets go.
