  1. I run TM on everything.. https://www.ebay.com/itm/TM-Designworks-Slide-N-Guide-Kit-Black-Chain-Guide-Kit-Yamaha-Banshee-350/140617516178?fits=Make%3AYamaha&hash=item20bd750492:g:ptgAAOSwz~pZ~1Dn
  2. They are basically all the same.. Anything 2000+ with a-arms is what you really want. If you find something and you want help deciding, post it here and we can help you make a decision.
  3. Most setups with aftermarket pipes like the 27.5 pilot.
  4. Yea, Likely have to drop to a 155-150 main for that elevation. The pilot will probably be fine.
  5. Every motor is different. I wouldn't put too much stock into a generic jetting guide. I would swap needles first. Leave the pilot as you say it idles fine. If the issue persists with the swapped needles, then drop the main jet two sizes and test again.
  6. He said this above.. "No... the bike is tuned to run the box and filter but I am doing the carb sync, idle and air with the box off." I'd have to disagree that the bike is tuned for all that. If it was, he wouldn't have made this post.
  7. I think the Toomey needles are a big part of his problem. I also think the main is a little rich also, especially for running a lid.
  8. That jetting is probably pretty close. Try it first and see how it runs.
  9. The PWK will come with their own needle. Most PWK take 45-50 pilot and 155-165 main, depending on temp and elevation.
  10. Hence why I said Mikuni are junk. You just don't see these types of tuning issues with PWK. They are few and far between. Swap the needles first and see if it makes a difference. Put the clip in the middle.
  11. First off, I just want to say Mikunis are junk.. Seems we rarely see tuning issues with PWK. Second, this sticks out to me. "All of the tuning has been with no box or filter on but I am jetted to run K&N single in the air box with lid on." You've tuned the bike for max air flow and then restricted it by adding the filter and lid. You're way too rich. Drop the main to a 250 and see how it reacts. I have also heard of issues with Toomey needles. I would consider going back to the Mikuni needles.
  12. Start checking with the BHQ sponsors. Find one that can meet your budget. https://www.bansheehq.com/bansheehq-sponsors/
  13. Most of the BansheeHQ sponsors can fix that. See who is closest to you and send your motor off. https://www.bansheehq.com/bansheehq-sponsors/
  14. OEM is fine. Always run them in our dune bikes.
  15. Redline chain and PBI sprockets. 745cc 175HP bikes.
  16. CDI can work intermittently. I've seen bikes start and idle fine and also rev out clean, but when put under a load fall flat on their faces. Of all the things I would swap, CDI would be first. Bad wiring harnesses also cause a lot of issues and since it's hard to see potential broken wires, you pretty much have to swap the whole thing out. BansheeHQ has a wiring harness sponsor for that.
  17. That may not necessarily be the problem.. Let us know how it runs with the new filters.
  18. Goldspeed SC4 22.5x9x10 tires on 10x10 wheels (Banshee pattern). I made about two passes on these after cutting. They are in excellent shape. The wheels were new at the same time as the tires. There is one lug missing off one tire where I started cutting and decided to switch up the pattern. It is pictured. No waiting. No cutting. 100% ready to run. $650 includes shipping and fees
  19. Haven’t heard anything. Probably in pieces by now.
  20. If you're breaking plugs or backing them out, you're lean. Add fuel or octane.
