  1. Sounds like you might be burning coolant. Have you checked the coolant level?
  2. Pressure plate and inner hub are relatively cheap. I always start with new when going to a new basket.
  3. You should definitely check clutch parts for wear. Sometimes a new clutch is just a band aid.
  4. Yes, springs make a huge difference. No, but a lock up will make it harder to shift at WOT.
  5. They're fine. Try to clean them up with some sand paper. You can use some 1211 or Yamabond when installing that seal to close up any gaps there may be.
  6. Swap out the 3 OEM springs for the 3 stiffer ones and see if that makes a difference. If not, you probably need a new clutch and all 6 stiff springs from the start.
  7. 17.5” shock length, but what’s important is the reservoir length. There’s a 5” and 3.5”. You want the shorter so it doesn’t hit the upper arm during compression. I have a race gas 4mm Serval making 100hp.
  8. I’m currently running Alba +2 LT arms with Fox Evols in front. Rear is a Stellar +2 swingarm with a Fox Podium. This works very well.
  9. Suspension is going to be the most important aspect. You can have all the power in the world but if you can’t put it down it’s useless.
  10. Have you checked to make sure the impeller is still there?
  11. No. It’s fine. Put some blue loc-tite on them.
  12. Strap doesn’t look right. Is this right after a WOT run?
  13. Main jet gets clogged? You have a screen in your tank? You’re obviously getting debris into the tank, otherwise your carbs wouldn’t be getting plugged up.
  14. Drop the main to a 300. That 380 is way too big. Pilot shouldn’t be a 27.5 or the 30.
  15. I’d start with 165 mains and 48 pilots.
  16. That’s nice. TDR is also in Florida but I don’t know how much he does with Banshees anymore.
  17. Just go up a couple main jet sizes and go from there. It shouldn’t be that drastic.
