    JFC. Get the one from Redline that's ready to go. I'm running them in all my 24s. No issues whatsoever and one of them is 3 years old.

    Don't ride the bike anymore until this is corrected. You're going to tear up your sprockets and risk throwing the chain. This IS the sound coming from the rear end.

    Most likely with the addition of new tires, you're getting better traction and the loose chain is jumping teeth on the sprocket.

    I doubt you'll find just the bushing. That's why Redline sells the gear/bushing.

    I think I am going to scrap the flex fit hats. There seems to be too much confusion/doubt about them. I may just run another batch of snap backs and I don't have to worry about sizing and all that shit.
