  1. Put the bike on its side. Pull the nut off. Clean it. Put 1211 on the stud and nut. Put nut back on. Let it set up. Or you can use a copper washer and acorn nut.
  2. Your frame must be bent. I would always make the front end slightly wider than the rear. That way, if the front fits, so will the rear.
  3. It's just mild steel. Not sure on thickness.
  4. 450 master definitely uses a different lever. If the brake lines are long enough you're fine. They will bolt up.
  5. What motor are you putting these on? If it's not a 4mm+, then 28mm will be the better option.

  14. Pull each nut. Clean them well. Put 1211 or Yamabond on them. Put nuts back on. Done.
