first of all, the jury wasnt hung. the lawyer on the jury who was the jury foreman, wasnt allowing anyone to vote during the deliberation and was 'retrying' the case in the jury room, holding up the whole damn process. one got replaced for doing outside research, and one got replaced because he requested to be replaced. secondly, amber didnt know scott was married until she saw scott on the news when his wife went missing. third, weights could hold down a body, even with gases building up, for four months, and connor was found outside the body because eventually, after death, a pregnant body will expel the fetus on its own. the debris found around his neck was just tha, debris from the ocean. and they werent found "right next to each other". back before dna, circumstantial evidence had to be the best option in many cases where bodies were hidden well and crime was covered up well. just cause he was able to kill her wihout leaving a bloody mess and dump the body long enough to hide cause of death, doesnt mean he should get away with it. its called common sense. try it on for size. i think the dots in this 'circumstantial' case were real close together, didnt take much to figure it all out. like i said before, fuck scott peterson, and fuck anyone who supports him, or thinks he didnt get his fair day in court.

please fireman, cry me a river...scott had a team of highly paid lawyers helping him get his fair shot at the system. and now, all of us taxpayers will be paying for his many many appeals. so i dont feel a bit bad for him. i think this is FINALLY an example of the justice system WORKING. fuck scott peterson, and all his supporters.

we'd have a lot less crime in this country if our punishments were tougher. life or death, doesnt matter, he still has more luxuries than some free, law abiding americans....cable tv, pleanty of food, a gym, library, etc etc. its bullshit. my sister is 8 months pregnant now, same as lacy was, and if i even suspected for a moment her boyfriend did it, he wouldnt make it to trial. fuck him. i dont care, throw me in jail, alls i do now is work and watch tv. id give up work for such a worthy cause.

youre young. my advice.. be safe, be honest and make the most of it. hometown girl is awfully young, so be gentle. girls are very sensitive at that age. im willing to bet, though, if you cut hometown girl loose, for her own sake, you wouldnt have a shortage of ladies in college. keep everything light, enjoy it while you can...but like i said, be SAFE.
