That is pretty high compression for 21cc domes. I would run at least a 50/50 mix although the money you save over 100% probably won't amount to much particularly with pump gas prices right now. It must be the pistons or thinner base gasket. Checking your squish clearance would probably be a good idea also.

So.....Did you start it, ride it, check the plugs??

The dome size depends on several things: Elevation, other mods, fuel to be used, porting, what kind of riding you will be doing, and a few other things. Since your crank is welded, that won't be a limitation.

I wish I could think of a way to take PD heads in on trade but I don't know what I'd do with them. There's nothing wrong with them but my heart wouldn't be in trying to sell them.

On aftermarket heads, the Viton orings go on the bottom of the domes.

I wasn't fortunate enough to make it to Roostfest but if I had, I would have definitely preferred the BHQ camp. Even when I was beginning to get hair on my face, which is where the other camps maturity level appears to be, I would have preferred the intelligent company of the BHQ group. And come on, does anyone with any brains at all thing the BHQ camp was full of slow Banshees?

Around here, the county has sprayed the dirt roads with crude oil. I guess another quart or so wouldn't hurt.

Any dome that will fit in a PD head will fit in the Noss head. Patriot Racing is also a good source for big bore domes

I'll probably have a used head in here in a couple of days. I can't sell it quite that cheap but could probably sell it for around $200 with domes and shipping.

Yes I have them in blue anodized but won't have any available until the first of next week. I sold out but have a batch of them at the plater right now. Pro Design domes will work in the head. -David
