  1. It was a new harness . My next move it to check continuity on all wires . Gap is tight but has clearance . After swapping out multiple components i trimmed the plugs in case they were the issue. I have no one i know that has a late model CDI to borrow.
  2. BUILT A NEW DRAG QUAD GROUND UP. NEW FACTORY STATOR OUT OF THE BOX /USED FACTORY CDI PURCHASED ON LINE/AND A NEW AFTERMARKET CDI/ 4 DIFFERENT COILS TO CHOOSE FROM/NEW FLYWHEEL FROM VITOS BUT NOT EVEN A WEAK SPARK. LOST ALL SEASON TRYING TO FIX IT . STILL NOT SURE IF ITS THE CDI OR NOT. HAS ANYONE EVER HAD A NEW FLYWHEEL BAD OUT OF THE BOX ? i ALSO HAD A NEW WIRING HARNESS THAT I HAVE TRIMMED TO THE MINIMAL WIRES REQUIRED . I REMOVED ALL OF THE PLUGS AND HARD WIRED IN CASE OF A BAD PLUG CONNECTION . 2 sets of plugs and new wires and caps ! STILL NO FIRE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ ANY THOUGHTS ?
  3. Has anyone had trouble with the new Vitos CDI units ? They are very inexpensive which may be a problem. I bought a new lightened flywheel and new stator and a new cdi unit and a new wiring harness to eliminate any and all issues . However i have a weak spark , im going to run a ohm meter check tonite to see if my stator or coil is working properly. Any thoughts ?
