  1. I’m thinking 28’s will be more than enough huh? Even if I port it in the future
  2. No way I’d run this in a banshee, too expensive. If I remember right this 5 gallon cost me $160 or $170. with shipping
  3. I don’t see the rad valve anywhere on that dyno. Also, for how long does vforce produce that same power? Seems their reeds wear faster.
  4. I’ve ran 93 octane VP MR12 oxygenated in saws. They picked up 1500 rpm without touching the carb.
  5. Right, it’s the shorter crown height that changes the port timing. blaster is single cylinder 200cc
  6. So they milled the head to accommodate for these pistons which gives you poor port timing? If these guys didn’t catch that, then I think I’d be finding a different builder.
  7. What’s the status on oxygenated fuel? I know I’d have to jet up. How much ya think?
  8. As long as it turns over fine it won’t grenade. Most likely have shitty power though
  9. So... dude I bought the bike from failed to mention that he put a timing plate in when I asked for ALL of the mods he did. so now I have this one that I don’t need. Unless it fits a blaster too? Wishful thinking probly
  10. Ha! I’m a dumbass lol, it’s a sticky
  11. I saw that a while back but didn’t find it. So I just winged it. I didn’t go back to factory spec because I didn’t see any sense in running an extra spacer to mount my alba nerf bars. so I just made em the correct size for what I had
  12. Thanks, pretty sure I’m gunna try the Rads. Probly orders a set of just the reeds to put on the boys blaster while I’m ordering
  13. I’d rather make em than buy a set. had a couple different ideas, first thought was an all thread through the frame for the rear. But all thread would be to small for the size of the hole in the frame. Then I thought about a shaft the same size as the hole in the frame with the right size stud turned and threaded. but I’ll Probly just end up making individual inserts
  14. Gunna make some threaded inserts on the lathe when I get off work and hopefully get em welded on. I’ve got the front made, just need to do the rear two.
  15. When I bought my banshee, it only had one threaded block still on the frame and obviously no pegs at all. so I ordered a set of alba nerf bars and pegs. They finally came in.
  16. Decided to go with the adjustable plate. also not sure why my pics turn sideways when I post em here?
  17. .002” is common Its what was specified on some custom pistons I’ve used. Also have seen .00185
