The shutoff doesn’t have to be leaking, it could have gunk in it restricting flow. I’d drain the tank, check fuel filter, and maybe spray some cleaner or compressed air through it.
Already had some fiberglass pipe wrap on order, but ordered some hose as well. I figure a skinny wrap and the hose over that should work great.
As soon as I get my inserts for my pyrometers welded in the pipes I’ll be able to put it all back together.
Fix your air leak, this is killing you.

filters rub on pipes, I’m sure it’s common but how much room is adequate? I did buy some pipe wrap, but it will be in direct contact.
I’ve been through a handfull of Chinese cylinders. Not banshee cylinders, but the cheap AM cylinders typically have poor plating, inferior angles casted in the tunnels, and out of round bores.

Sure looks that way, it looks like the cast one. You may want to pull the flywheel and check it. I was told to shitcan the cast one and get a machined one. So I made the switch
