  1. It's not stupid question. You need to have kit with rubber plugs, caps and pressure gauge. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  2. But I think that's proper way to do it,cut the harness and unwire it , I heard it's quite simple. I did a lot of reading about it but that was 6-7 years ago when I was planning to do it...long time ago lol Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  3. Not sure as I just unplugged the "brain" and never got proper tors delete kit so it's waiting to be done one day. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  4. Than on the side of the air box to the bottom of the expansion thank Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  5. Goes from the radiator, down where throttle cable goes Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  6. Yes ,that's right Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  7. That goes on the bottom of the expansion tank Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  8. So this is the one small hose that goes from the head to the rasiator Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  9. Btw it's 2 am here and I'm shitfaced drunk, just came back from the club Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  10. I'm currently in the shitter ,give me 5 mins and I'll send you some info as I already have all the plastics off of the bike Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  11. If you get pissed off by it,take the break and come later with clear mind. I had a problem with choke O ring which caused left side to be considerably richer than right , which drove me crazy, I took carburettors apart, cleaned them, checked all the Jets and needles and put them back together around 5-6 rimes, spent 3 weekends doing it, to the point where I did not know what the fuck was I doing any more. Came here and went through shitloads of old threads , was even considering to buy new set of carburettors,"lucky" didn't have the money. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  12. Sometimes one of those "basic" things can drive you mad because it's so simple that it never even comes to your mind . Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  13. Never even thought about fuel tank vent, good catch. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  14. Might be carburettors, something clogged one of the Jets or might be even fuel tap on the fuel tank, check it for flow Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  15. Better late than never lol Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  16. Yup,that's right. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  17. I wouldn't agree,to assemble- yes,to tune-no. If you make mistake with 4 stroke when tuning, only drawback is loss of power, with two stroke you do the same and you are into costly rebuild. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  18. If compression is good than it's probably air/fuel mixture causing this Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  19. Do leak down test and inspect all the boots for cracks and shit, also check the carburettors for clogs Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  20. This turned out to be a big mess. Prior to that happening I was messing around with stator and as I did not have a proper flywheel puller and was impatient to wait 2 weeks to arrive, I used one of those slide hamers and pulled crank apart which cracked the cylinder sleeve. Long story short, ended up rebuilding the crank and replacing the whole top end. Took me 4 years to rebuild the bike even though I had all the parts already but no time and no will to do it, in the meantime got kicked out from here for being an A grade dickhead, hit some rough patch in life and became a cranky bastard. Now finally back on track with life and some spare time to enjoy it. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  21. I usually give it few heat cycles of mild ride before I step on it,with checks in between and,as someone already said, listen to it,if some new sound appears, shut it off and investigate. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  22. Looks like fuel supply problem but did you check the compression? What is the history of the bike, rebuild recently, any other issues before that happened? Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  23. I love working on both but love to ride two strokes more, love that power delivery Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  24. As I said TIME CONSUMING process Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
  25. Everything is, the first time you do it but after that you can do it almost blindfolded. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
