  1. That's odd because whenever I load my quad solo, I tip it vertical, roll it to my truck on the rear wheels, and drop the fronts onto the tail gate then lift the rears in. And I've never noticed it pissing oil before
  2. My banshee has always been a pain. I love it and hate it. I bought it for cheap it was a piece of junk and still is, although slightly less. It has a cracked case and all kinds of other issues (the case is fixed with JB weld). But recently I started leaking oil again for god knows why (I left the bike parked for 2 months and it wasn't leaking. Rode it once and it leaked out half its oil) anyways.... besides that... I tipped it up vertical to look at the JB weld job on the cracked case... and it started pissing oil out from a nipple on the back side of the case. Any ideas why? Any info helps.
  3. Last time I tapped it in a little farther than flush. But I've tried plugging this with various things in the past and they tend to come shooting out. If my case breather were plugged, would the pressure possibly attempt to escape through this hole? It doesn't seem like it's "shaking loose", it's being pushed out
  4. You think JB weld would do the trick? I tend to trust it a little more than RTV for things I want to stay put permanently
  5. Sorry to bump this old thread, but I just put one of those plugs in a couple weeks ago and it came loose again today! Leaking oil again and lost the plug had to buy yet another. How do I make this thing stay in??
  6. Finally got her going. Needs a case plug though, leaking from the open case plug between the neutral cover and the shift shaft
  7. This guy is a banshee guy (sort of) and is doing things for me for free. Money is tight right now
  8. Finished the top end rebuild. Bike still refuses to start. I don't know what to do at this point. I'm ready to sell it
  9. Yeah we did a leak down. Just the right cylinder lost compression. You should see the rings. They're about 1/3 of the width they were supposed to be haha
  10. Now in the process of a top end rebuild. This bike is from hell. I've got a whopping 3 rides in on it, each under 10 minutes.
  11. The bike lost all compression somehow. This is a nightmare
  12. I did. Thanks I'll take a look at that
  13. Leak is stopped. But now it won't run and I'm only getting exhaust from the right side pipe. Plug looks okay, carb isn't that dirty. I don't know what to do
