  1. Just curious if anyone has a good photo of LSR a-arms candy red powder coat. Want to see if the colour is a good match. Have a week to decide powder colour if not will have them sent bare and powder coat here. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  2. ^^^ here, here Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  3. ^ agreed. Re powder same looks good. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  4. Welcome. Glad to see there are new site sponsors coming on board. Will you be offering your product and shipping to Canada. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  5. Had brother in law go snap a pic of oem cylinder on my bike. The 4 is open and there is no mark circle above the 2JU. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  6. Found 2 more pic for your inspection. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  7. Ahh good point. At some point I was planning on sending this set out to get ported as a spare. If they are oem even better. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  8. I'm 97.78% sure they are knock offs, but I could be wrong. I purchased a set of oem cylinders for rebuild and porting last year. The oem cylinders from yamaha do not have the circle above the 2JU mark, like the set in the pic, that why I thought they may be knock offs. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  9. Not sure how truthful this is. I had my cylinders ceramic powder coated. The shop said that they 80% cure them the rest of the cure would happen during motor break in. They didn't make any bold claim in helping cooling and didn't notice any change in running temp after. But who knows. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  10. Not sure if anyone knows what the circular mark is but its not on the oem cylinders as previous posted above Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  11. I pulled this set off my bike a few months after buying it, they are not oem, but ran fine Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  12. Looks good powdered black. Are your cylinders bare or powder coated as well. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  13. West coast has one listed for 1250.00with free shipping. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  14. Looks good Claude. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  15. Much more cost effective if you pick up a used bottom end and replace what is needed with new. If you go online (motorsport ECT) you can select all the parts you need to see a rough idea of cost if you get everything new.
  16. Nice bikes. Yea I was looking at ishock site as well, but for a bit extra I will be ordering the package from elka instead of ATV G. No headaches with duties ECT and lead time on DCPRO was 4-6days for powder coating. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  17. Looking like I'm going to end up ordering a set of Lone star dcpro LT +2 +1 with Legacy package, debating on adding the linkage or not. Once Mr. Can revenue pays me will order. Any thoughts on this setup pro's con's ECT. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  18. I used a product called miter bond. Just like crazy glue but with a spay that instantly cures the glue. You don't need much just in the edge if decal is starting to peel. Tape every thing off and good to go. Will make your eyes burn and water if in a small area. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  19. 3M stuff no longer available due to carcinogenic properties. Was used for aviation decals. Which decals are you replacing. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  20. Did you bend anything or are you replacing with new. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  21. There is a 3M spray. For the life of I can't remember name of it though. works on same principal as water and dish soap but dies not effect the decal glue. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  22. Yea I like it. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  23. Yea exactly, I was only going to go LT but there are a few packages at ATV G with +2 +1 and with the type of riding I do the little extra travel may not be worth it. Buying a house is easier lol but will order something by month end at least. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
  24. I agree, would only go used route from a BHQ member not FB. Some bikes on Kijij with components I could use but you know the prices on there (out of touch with reality some of them) but sending out some emails today to see what's best option for a company or others to purchase from. After some late night reading more then likely not going with alba a arms. Fire ball is top of list with some others but will see once I get some replies. Elka stage 3 package deal is tough to beat so will end up ordering them, then arms once I decide the direction to go. I'm not in a rush but next ride season I want it ready. Thanks for the help. 25. Hoping to be able to ride later this fall, so going to purchase a new front end and possible JL swing arm with round house (blaster day night mare) for the banshee. Now being north of the border I'm limited to were to buy these kinds of kits ECT. ATV G is the logical choice, but I've had issues before with ATV G as well as others, and duties are outrageous depending on the day, swing are if happening will be from JL directly. But I'm down to the Alba LT +2 +1 with elkas package. Fire ball arms would be nice but no package like above mentioned. Or I have a set of 17.5 WP with piggyback on a future 250r build. Possible to run them and get different a arms and rebuilding and revalve the the WP's and rear shock. More then likely going with package from ATV G. Not looking to go cheap nore needing a 5000 front end. Riding type will vary from wide open fire road, woods, gravel pits ECT 185 lb 6'5 giant as passenger. Might as well finish everything before taking it out for a good first run. I'm also looking around locally or would consider used but not much preference. Just looking for steadfast opinions. Thanks. Now piss off snow. Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk
