  1. There is no way i can turn it by the shaft. I have to grab the impeller to be able to turn it Envoyé de mon SM-G965W en utilisant Tapatalk
  2. Here is the cover. The engine was running good so i guess it's normal to be as tight. Almost finished my porting on the engine. I did intake, transfer, boost port and exhaust. I didnt touch the ports timing. Envoyé de mon SM-G965W en utilisant Tapatalk
  3. Just for the sake of the conversation, i'll take a pic for ya tonight. Envoyé de mon SM-G965W en utilisant Tapatalk
  4. Not the same system at all. It's hard ro turn even when it's removed from the engine They use a mechanical seal/spring assembly, so there is a lot of friction, especialy when it's new. But since im new to that kind of system, i dont know when hard become "too hard". Envoyé de mon SM-G965W en utilisant Tapatalk
  5. Sure, you are used to banshee kind of power ;-) Envoyé de mon SM-G965W en utilisant Tapatalk
  6. It's winter here, so i'll ride it in about 6 months ;-) Envoyé de mon SM-G965W en utilisant Tapatalk
  7. I just putted out the clutch cover. The water impeller is very hard to turn by hand. Is it normal??? I know there is a mechanical seal and a spring but dam that thing is hard to turn by hand!!! Envoyé de mon SM-G965W en utilisant Tapatalk
  8. 2 strokes rules, fact!!! But working on a direct injection 2 strokes (rotax) is a bitch. Envoyé de mon SM-G965W en utilisant Tapatalk
  9. Having half of the parts help a little bit too ,-) But a 2 stroke is more temperamental with jetting, can have leaks etc. I better like 2 strokes, too many parts in a 4 strokes. Envoyé de mon SM-G965W en utilisant Tapatalk
  10. I have a 20k banshee, do you want to buy it?? Envoyé de mon SM-G965W en utilisant Tapatalk

  15. Yup, look at this video as an example: Almost all fails came from people "hanging" on the twist throttle. Way less prone to happen with thumb throttle. Envoyé de mon SM-G965W en utilisant Tapatalk
  16. Did i said that was not possible??? I'm simplly telling you WHY every quad and snowmobile designer put thumb throttle instead of twist throttle. What you did is not relevant at all. Envoyé de mon SM-G965W en utilisant Tapatalk
  17. On 2 wheels, you "lean" more to turn than actually "turning" the handle bar. On a quad, you "turn" the handlebar, you dont "lean" to turn.... Think about that.... Envoyé de mon SM-G965W en utilisant Tapatalk
  18. See???? Simple rule for ALL your built. I start at 180 with all my engine. I always want to know where is the "too rich" point. Envoyé de mon SM-G965W en utilisant Tapatalk
  19. Start high (175) and work from there. Each engine have his own soul. Stop asking about jetting with "similar" setup. Again, start high and work from there. ALWAYS!!!! Envoyé de mon SM-G965W en utilisant Tapatalk
