  1. its AYEsully, cmon claude. and yes, goes from 30 hp at 6k and jumps to 60 at 7k. Hold on to ur buttsss
  2. I have the 421 Lp setup from driveline with SLP pipes at mid 80s Hp and low 50s on torque and I can tell you that it is a beast for the trails. Power instantly at the flick of a throttle. You will be satisfied and Zilla is right you will be well under 3 grand.
  3. I ordered my chariot basket, plate, and cushions. 150 bucks all together i think Sent from my LGMS210 using Tapatalk
  4. Forgot about this. Those need to be hand tight. A clutch puller will hold it in place, or i take a rag and wedge it inbetween the primary drive and clutch gear so it dont move.
  5. I have all the same transmission mods except a chariot basket and inhave zero problems shifting. I asked lane the same thing when i was there, he said once u start getting into the 80s on horse power its wise to start looking at a lockup. That lockup will add longevity to your clutch too. Your already spending a grand whats 200 more Sent from my LGMS210 using Tapatalk
  6. It puts the lotion on the skin

  7. Where did u get the ball from? U sure its the righ size? Also did u put a magnet in there and pull ur push rod out to double check evrything
  8. Be patient, you will get it figured out. I was a little frustrated my time time doing a clutch. Dont be afraid to ask questions or search the threads. Is this with the new cable installed?
  9. Dynos in Michigan that I know of Lakes motor sports in Waterford. no idea of their prices. Driveline in Ortonville Michigan 50$ an hour (they have an afr too) Macdaddy in romeo plank, $300 an hour
  10. I run 6 heavy fast springs on mine with drivelines lockup and i have no issues shifting
  11. If ur cable has to be completely unscrewed from ur perch for it to be in correct adjustment, try a new cable. But obviously when you have it screwed completely all the way in while you adjust your clutch, you have to unscrew it quite a bit to get it back to proper adjustment
  12. When I adjust my clutch I take the cable completely off the arm. Then like hopped said, push that arm all the way to the clutch side and turn that adjuster screw in so the arrow is just a tad after the arrow, then tighen down the lock nut on the adjusting bolt on ur pressure plate. Then Ill screw the barrel of my clutch cable all the way in so it has a ton of slack, hook it back up to the arm, then adjust it so it has a touch of slack in the perch. Maybe ur cable is stretched too who knows, 20 bucks for a new cable if it is.
  13. second that^ spent around 1200 bucks for the top end, cylinders, head domes and slingshot lock up
  14. Just wanted to update this thread. I found the issue and have corrected it.. It was the throttle cable. I un installed my new motion pro cable that I got from fast and put my old one back on (steel braids were starting to fray at the throttle) and I can now set the slides high enough for it to idle. before the max rpm idle speed was 1100. These cables have the same model number on them though (01-0813) but they are not the same length. Thoughts?
  15. https://charlestonwv.craigslist.org/snw/6111083382.html hm... 100 hp and 76 torque? Says its a stroker 424. think its a 10 mil in there?
  16. My buddy has almost the exact same set up right now. vforce 2s, fattys, stock carbs with clamp ons, timing plate at plus 4, and he just got his cylinders bored and an aggressive trail port by Driveline in Michigan with a modified stock head to run interchangeable domes. Depending on what your budget is OP it only costed by buddy around 500 bucks to get his cylinders bored, ported, and head work with domes and pistons. Will still be making decent power with a stock stroke.
