  1. its more than likely the wore eccentric screw, its very easy to adjust. The clymers manual shows you how to do it exactly as well as how to bench test your transmission (which you wont be doing) you will have to remove your clutch basket though. a worm or un properly adjust screw will cause it

  5. 1. u dont even need to run the case half brackets 2. thats your only way of getting it off. do that or a very thin cutting wheel, U wanna get it just enough to get a bite on the screw and then use a dead blow on your impact driver to wack the hell out of it, it will come out that way promise

  9. do you know what type of porting? post some pics of the porting If u can, transfers all that stuff. depends on what type of fuel u wanna run too, that is gunna determine your dome size. where are u located as well with elevation

  16. Honestly it didnt feel like it though. Top end didnt feel different it was more of the punch on the bottom end from the drop 180 psi to 150. Dont be afraid to run smaller carbs. Sent from my LGMS210 using Tapatalk

I know this company isnt a hq sponsor (maybe they could be in the future who knows)but Anybody in michigan around m 61 (Gladwin) area there is a GREAT place that does good work for powder coating. 250$ TOTAL to get everything pictured sand blasted and powder coated.   21. I plan on picking up a completely stock bike to mess around on this spring and summer with just PCs. I loved mine when I had them
  22. Clean up port on these, transfers intakes etc hadn't been touched.
